The biggest questions that keeps coming up is:
How Come we can't have Guests, why the Restrictions?
There is a lot of misunderstandings about the pool opening back up. It seems like many expect the pool to be opened up just like before, with no restrictions. Just like restaurants and other businesses opening up, the opening of the pools was based on following Guidelines published by the Governor's office.
The usage of the pool is based on Proper Physical Distancing and running at lower capacity to accomplish that. At this time, Only Residents of Beach Club are allowed to use the pool. No GUESTS are allowed at this time. That will hopefully change down the road, but not right now. If numerous guests are allowed to come, the pool capacity will rise to a level that will not work, and the pool will have to be closed to meet the Guidelines. First priority right now is given to community residents. We will change that as soon as we can.
All it takes is a few to mess it up for everyone. We continue to ask for everyone's cooperation to follow the published guidelines. Failure to do so will hurt everyone, causing the pool to be closed once again.
The Board reserves the right to close the pool at any time, if guidelines are not followed and it is going to compromise the proper operation of the pool to adhere to published Pool use Guidelines.
